In fact, this particular pie is so special that even a special governing body in Italy has deemed it worthy!

Alessandro Scelsi and his life and business partner Clementina Senatore, came to Maine from Italy (with a stop to run a pizza pub in London first!) to relax. But the dedication to their restaurant, Meanwhile in Maine, has us wondering how much of relaxing they’re actually able to do!
