Meltdown Diner opened in 2017 in Tulsa at 4377 Southwest Boulevard. The owners operated a food truck for four years before selling it and opening the diner.

The 20-seat dining room is cozy with its retro vibe and red barstools that will take you back to the 1950’s.

All the sandwiches on the menu (with the exception of the chicken salad sandwich) are hot and based on a classic grilled cheese sandwich.

They are filled to the brim with either meat, cheese, bacon, toppings, or all of the above.

The fresh in-made corned beef in the Reuben sandwich will melt in your mouth and be your new best friend.

Almost all the sandwiches on the menu are only $6 and come served with a pickle and cookie. For $1.50 extra, you can add on an additional side.

The Melted Pimento Cheese is also a delicious one to put on your list. It’s made with in house Pimento cheese, along with other melted cheeses.
