Owner Synthia Cardinale opened Waterfall Cafe in 2011, and it’s been a favorite with both locals and visitors to Harrisville ever since. The dining room is cozy, and the wait staff is friendly.

The restaurant serves breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and offers everything from savory omelettes to fluffy pancakes. A meal at the cafe and a stroll to the waterfall is the perfect way to kick off your weekend.

Depending on the time of year, you might see a massive cascade that completely obscures the stone blocks, or a smaller curtain of water that splashes and sprays over them.

Waterfall Cafe is closed on Monday and Tuesday. It’s open for dinner Wednesday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m, and for breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday and Sunday starting at 8 a.m.
