Bubble tea is made with chewy tapioca balls, which almost make it feel like you’re drinking tea and eating gummy bears all at the same time. It comes as no surprise given that the idea for Dobra came during a trip to Prague that included a huge amount of tea consumption and immersion into the deep culture of it in that region of the world. Today, Dobra offers their traditional tea service in 8 different locations. Food includes light fare with a Mediterranean feel.
