One of the many perks of Rhode Island life is its close proximity to so many white sandy beaches. And if it’s been awhile since you’ve spent time at Easton’s Beach, pay it a visit as soon as possible. Not only is it a beautiful place to spend the day, it’s brimming with local history.
Easton’s Beach, otherwise known as First Beach, is located on Memorial Boulevard at the start of the Cliff Walk.

Easton’s Beach was once the site of an impressive amusement park and community.

While the amusement park is long gone, these days, Easton’s Beach is a top surfing spot.
