If you’ve ever been to Snoqualmie Falls, you know how absolutely breathtaking it is in person. The waterfall gets about 1.5 million visitors every year, and since there’s a free viewing area and ample parking, it’s easy to see why people enjoy it. And if you’ve ever looked to the left of the majestic falls, you’ve probably noticed the luxurious Salish Lodge and Spa.

Salish Lodge and Spa has two restaurants, one of which is the acclaimed fine dining spot, The Dining Room. And while the food there is fantastic, many people don’t know there’s actually a second waterfall on the property, and it’s every bit as delicious. All you need to do is head upstairs to The Attic.

The Salish Lodge & Spa has an absolutely perfect location, perched on a bluff next to Snoqualmie Falls.

Th Attic is a casual, welcoming spot located on the second floor of the lodge.

But even though the atmosphere here is more relaxed than the downstairs Dining Room, it’s a bit of a stretch to call it casual.

HTCWI / TripAdvisor The space is sophisticated, and the menu is full of tasty entrees made from local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

The Attic is known for its specialty cocktails.

Salish Lodge & Spa Facebook Many of them contain Salish Honey, which comes from the onsite apiary. The Lavandula (Lavender infused Nolet’s Gin, Elderflower Tonic, Citrus Juice, Crème de Violet, and lavender bitters) is especially refreshing in the summer.

But as good as the drinks are, it really is the food that stands out here.

Salish Lodge & Spa Facebook The pizza is hand-crafted and fired in an artisan pizza oven, and it’s exceptional.

The Attic is now offering pizzas to go, which convenient… but we recommend staying there so you can take in the views.
