Tony Rossi and Heidi Donovan bought the farmhouse that’s since been converted into their dream restaurant with the goal of creating something special. Today they serve a large menu focused on seasonal ingredients that are locally sourced.

The Coplin Dinner House is open Friday and Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. On Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday they’re open 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. They’re closed on Monday and Tuesday.
