Rise and shine, New Jersey… it’s time for breakfast. Regardless of when you’re reading this, I firmly believe it’s always time for breakfast. I could easily eat breakfast foods for every meal, but if I can only enjoy it once each day, I’m definitely heading to Raymond’s to make the most of it. Raymond’s has two locations (both in New Jersey) and either one will do the trick.
Raymond’s serves breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, but breakfast is the star of the show.
The restaurant has earned many accolades throughout its 30 years in business, including being selected as one of the best breakfast destinations in America by Extra Crispy.

Raymond’s boasts fresh ingredients and fantastic French toast (made with a chewy baguette instead of thinner bread).

Other breakfast favorites include the huevos rancheros (two sunnyside eggs on a tortilla with refried beans, ranchero sauce, jalapeños, and queso fresco, pictured), breakfast burrito, and avocado toast with poached eggs. You can also build your own omelette!

When it comes to drinks, they’ve got you covered. The coffee is incredible, as are the hot chocolates (Belgian, Spicy Mexican, White, and Matcha) and the teas. You really can’t go wrong.
