Here in Minnesota, Minneapolis and St. Paul get all the attention when it comes to delicious food. Sure, there are a few renowned restaurants in the state’s other major cities. But for the most part, the state’s food scene is centered on the Twin Cities. But what about the rest of the state? There are great rural restaurants all around Minnesota, and they’re all deliciously fun places to have a meal. One of our favorites is a little spot called Carl’s Corner. It’s way out in the boonies, but you don’t want to miss it.
