After building a brand new building in 2002, Special Care Inc., a day care center for children with and without disabilities in Oklahoma City, began seeing apparitions of a little girl, strange noises, and enough paranormal activity over the years to call in the Oklahoma Paranormal Research and Investigations this year.

Special Care Inc. built a brand new 30,000 square foot building in 2002 on the grounds of what was later determined to be the site of a children’s orphanage - The Oklahoma Methodist Home (built in 1919).

After years of children reporting seeing a young girl with blonde hair wandering around the building and strange noises being heard, the staff called in Professional Paranormal Investigators to research what was going on.

They set up cameras and audio equipment in the gym and other rooms and found several loud knocks and strange noises during their investigation.

It’s believed that some of the children that lived in the orphanage (and there were hundreds) don’t EVER want to leave their home and try and make new friends with the kids that now use the building.

No matter what you believe, one thing is for sure, there have been enough reports of paranormal activity over the last 15 years that give this story some validity.
