Though the idea of creating this botanical garden first came about in the 1940s, it wasn’t a reality until until the groundbreaking in June of 1997. The Oregon Garden celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2016, and it just keeps getting better.

The garden includes more than 20 different specialty gardens. Each is unique in its own way, and each highlights a different theme. Allow yourself a few hours to fully explore and appreciate this place.

During summer months, Movies in the Garden make a great family outing. Admission is just $4 for adults, $3 for teens, and $2 for kids, and free for garden members. Munch on some popcorn or candy from the concession stand.
