Virtually everywhere in America, drive-in movies are becoming a thing of the past. At least three still exist in South Carolina — including the Monetta Drive-In.

Each weekend, the big fields at the Big Mo’ come alive when families come together for some great old-fashioned fun.

Folks actually get out of their car and head over to the big playground immediately under the big screen.

During nights with special events (think July 4th and Halloween), visitors participate in planned parades and more before settling in for the big double feature.
