But you don’t have to be an overnight guest to enjoy dinner at The Vine, the onsite fine dining restaurant. From Tuesday-Saturday, you can enjoy a seven course prix-fixe dinner for $69 prepared by Chef Nathan Carlson. It’s well worth making the drive from Walla Walla (or anywhere, really) to experience.
