The farmhouse was originally built back in 1781 by Asaph Swift. When it was built it was around 1,000 square feet; over the years more space was added. In 2016, the building was completely restored, keeping the original wood beam frame.

Whether you’re dining for lunch or dinner, the Swyft Burger always gets high marks. Graced with melted fontina cheese, agrodolce, and basil aioli, and served alongside classic French fries, this burger can’t be beat.

The other reason people love Swyft is its absolutely delightful Neapolitan-style pizza. If you love pizza, you’ve got to try one of these pies.

The pizzas are baked in this Pavesi oven that was shipped here from Naples. The mozzarella cheese is handmade right here in the restaurant, and the fresh toppings come from the nearby Rock Cobble Farm. The sourdough crust is made from a 30-year-old starter. See, even the food here has a rich history!
