Siena Restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island opened in 2005. It’s owned by two brothers - Anthony and Chris Tarro - who brought old-world recipes to Rhode Island so that you don’t have to go all the way to Siena, Italy to enjoy a delicious Italian meal.

Each location offers a warm, cozy dining room with intimate tables to seat two for a romantic meal, and larger tables that will accommodate any size party. The service here is stellar, too.

This gigantic meatball is made with an entire pound of ground sirloin, veal, and pork. It’s smothered in San Marzano marinara sauce, then topped with a healthy scoop of ricotta cheese. Fresh basil adds a touch of brightness.
