The Polish restaurant puts a new twist on our favorite traditional dish, so pop on over to taste the delicious flavors served up at this mouthwatering Queen City kitchen.
Ru’s Pierogi opened up on Niagara Street just over two years ago, when Chef Andy Ruszczyk realized just how much Buffalonians enjoyed the way he had learned to transform and elevate his grandmother’s traditional pierogi recipes. His popular food truck just wasn’t enough, so he opened up a brick-and-mortar shop too!
