Little Rock is known for many things (like mouthwatering BBQ) but its stunning trails usually aren’t the first thing that come to mind. One of these, Rock Creek Trail is quite the underrated gem. Let’s take a stroll around this gorgeous trail hidden in the middle of the city.

A quiet oasis is hiding in the alley behind the strip mall of Bowman Curve II.

The trail quickly turns from a cityscape to a green escape from the city.

Walking, running, and biking are all welcomed along the trail. The trail isn’t lit so we do recommend taking your stroll mid-morning or in the afternoon.

Surprisingly, you don’t hear much of the traffic from Chenal Parkway.
