Famous for its beautiful El Santuario de Chimayó, the little town of Chimayó is home to around 3,000 people. This rural little town is also home to an award-winning restaurant.

Arturo and Florence Jaramillo opened Rancho De Chimayó in 1965, and it’s been earning awards ever since. In fact, the restaurant won the 2016 James Beard Foundation America’s Classic Award.
