Peaches in 26 varieties grow on over 5,000 trees. Picking season begins in May and usually runs through August; sometimes September if the season’s harvest was particularly bountiful.

Short on time or just don’t trust yourself to find the plumpest, most juicy peaches? Pre-filled boxes range in size from 1/16 to 1/2 a bushel, the latter of which costs $50. Purchase yours at the orchard’s roadside stand on Highway 290. The best part? Everyone gets to sample a slice before buying.
