Did you know that there’s an Ohio park that was specifically designed for marveling at the stars? The John Glenn Astronomy Park in Logan gives Ohio explorers the perfect place to marvel at the night sky, stars, planets and sun. You can bring your own telescope or take advantage of the onsite observatory. This is one park you’re definitely going to want to add to your summer bucket list. It’s a truly one-of-a-kind destination we’re lucky to have in our home state.

Fun fact: This $1 million project was funded entirely by donations.

There are several careful details included in the design of the park, including 24 marks along the perimeter of the plaza, representing each hour of the day.
