The Northlake Nature Center is a beautiful little pocket of paradise located just a short drive across the Causeway in Mandeville.

As you meander through the trails, you’ll encounter several different ecosystems, including a pine-hardwood forest, a hardwood forest, and a pond swamp. The 8+ miles of trails are filled with wildlife, so keep your eyes peeled for songbirds, turtles, snakes and other swamp creatures that call the area home.
