Salt Lake City has a wonderful blend of old and new buildings. There’s one historic brownstone that’s wedged right in between two sleek, modern buildings right downtown, and it’s home to a delightful restaurant with a talented chef. Check out Martine Cafe:

Martine is located inside one of the city’s most historic brownstones. It’s squeezed in-between two much more modern buildings, and you’ll find it next door to Eccles Theater and across from City Creek.
