If you love sleeping under the stars then you know Vermont has plenty of wonderful camping options. One of our favorite spots to pitch a tent during the summer is Jamaica State Park Campground. Located on the bank of the West River, this picturesque wooded retreat has beautiful scenery, lovely campsites, and very own natural swimming hole.

Located on a bend of the West River, Jamaica State Park has 772 stunning acres. With so much territory to cover, you’ll definitely want to stay for a few days.
