Eklutna Lake is located within the Chugach State Park in the Anchorage municipality.
Chance Lincoln / All Trails Eklutna River flows in and out of this gorgeous lake. It’s one mile wide, and seven miles long. The stunning color is from the glacier that feeds it, Eklutna Glacier.
Many people come from all over the state to play on the lake and in the area.

There are numerous stunning hiking trails.

The lakeside trail can take you to two separate public use cabins.
