Central Park Fun-Land, also known as Fun Land of Fredericksburg, is a family-oriented destination that’s home to 18 exciting attractions and rides that can be found in both indoor and outdoor facilities.

The newest attraction is perhaps one of the most exciting of all: Virginia’s very first multi-level go-kart track.

The Go-Kart Track, which is officially called the Thunder 104.5 Speedway, opened in June of 2019 after many months of planning and construction. Those who have been to Fun Land might recall the older model of the track, which was only one-level.

The Thunder 104.5 Speedway is a three-level track that features exciting turns, helixes, and straightaways that will make riders feel like they’re in a true race car.

Fun Land of Fredericksburg also purchased 40 brand new gas-powered go-karts to accompany the newest attraction. 31 of these new cars feature double seats while the others are single-seaters for younger children.

Drivers must be at least 60 inches tall to operate the go-karts while passengers must be at least 40 inches tall. Other than that, there are no age requirements for riding the go-karts.

Can you imagine a more exciting race-car themed adventure for all ages? Other popular activities in the park include bumper cars, a roller coaster, batting cages, mini-bowling, and an indoor arcade with over 100 games.
