This place is cozy and warm, and filled with the tantalizing aromas of baking pizzas. The huge woodpile fuels both the fireplace in the dining room and the wood-fired oven.

The pizza here is legit Neapolitan pizza. In order to be certified by VPN, it’s created following very strict guidelines. Special Caputo Tipo 00 flour is used to create a soft, pliable dough. San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the ashy soil beneath Mt. Vesuvius are used, and every pizza is topped with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.

The pizza is baked in a special brick oven for just 60 to 90 seconds, according to VPN’s specifications.
