Utah’s craft brewery scene was slow to get its start, but now beer-lovers in the Beehive State have plenty of places to choose from. One of our favorites is a little brewery that was originally founded way back in 1884. You’ll love the story behind this place:
The original Fisher Brewery was founded by a German immigrant named Albert Fisher back in 1884.

Albert’s great-great grandson, Tom Fisher Riemondy, re-opened the brewery in 2017.
Fisher Brewing Company/Facebook Tom and his three business partners were determined to bring back the old classic brewery, combining some of the old techniques with the latest brewing technology.
The brewery is located in a building that once served as an auto-body shop.

In this large, open area, you’ll have a front row to the brewing process.
Kristy Philippi/Google Fisher Brewery says its beer is still “Sparkle Brewed to the Altitude!”
Fisher Brewery doesn’t serve food, but you’ll find different food trucks parked in front every day.
