Today the restaurant is owned by the Bates’ daughter Sherri and her husband, William Rainey. Since this restaurant is ran by knowledgeable butchers, you can be sure every cut of meat is simply divine.

This isn’t your typical cheap cut of round steak either, the Raineys use sirloin in theirs to add a new twist to a classic.
