You could spend a lifetime exploring all of Utah’s hiking trails. Each offers its own unique beauty, and hikers in the Beehive State will find trails for all skill levels. There’s a pretty trail at Cedar Breaks National Monument that’s easy enough for almost anyone. Take a look at the Alpine Pond Trail:

The Alpine Pond Trail is a perfect adventure for visitors to the park. You’ll find the trailhead two miles north of the visitor center. Park at the Chesman Overlook parking lot.

The trail follows along the banks of the pretty, spring-fed pond, and this spot is picturesque, so you’ll want to get some photos. If you want to cut your hike short, take the Alpine Pond Trail Cutoff. Otherwise, continue on for the remainder of the 2.4 miles to return to the parking lot.
