Because of the way the island is situated along the Atlantic many shells wash ashore here. It’s a fantastic location for shelling.

Yes, one of the trails on Bull Island is famously populated with alligators. Unsurprisingly, the trail is nicknamed “Alligator Alley.”

But not to worry, the island has 16 miles of trails you can check out on foot. They all have gorgeous, breathtaking scenery.
