The Land of 10,000 Lakes has countless roadside attractions that double the fun of every road trip. There are so many good ones that we even made a Minnesota roadside attraction road trip. But there are a few that we left out. One of our favorites? A tiny roadside chapel in southwestern Minnesota. It’s the perfect place to stop, rest, and take in the beautiful scenery. Take a look:
Blue Mound Wayside Chapel is a teeny-tiny chapel in the southwestern Minnesota town of Luverne. Address: 1449 US-75, Luverne, MN, 56156.

It is near the beautiful Blue Mounds State Park, a lovely nature area known for its wide-open prairie and pink quartzite cliffs.
