The reason this pizza is so amazing is that it’s made in a wood-fired oven. Baked at 800-900 degrees, the crust becomes perfectly crisp, and the homemade, fresh mozzarella melts just right.

That’s right - at Antica Forma they make their own fresh mozzarella every day. The Neapolitan pizza dough is also made in-house, and it’s allowed to ferment for 24 hours for the best possible flavor. The pizza sauce is made with just two ingredients: fresh, San Marzano tomatoes, and a little bit of salt.
