Desert Oasis Aquatic Center / Facebook Considering how scorching the valley can be during summertime, having somewhere to cool off is crucial. Desert Oasis Aquatic Center offers exactly that, with an 8-lane pool, 112-foot water slide, shallow play areas for little ones, and a number of interactive water features. There’s also a sand volleyball court, shaded cabanas, poolside seating, and a concession stand. Admission is just $2.25 for adults and $1 for children.

Google/Daniella Caballero Enchanted Island is known statewide for its amusement park rides, but the park also boasts a splash zone specifically designed for younger children. Flower Showers, Water Mushrooms, and a Dumping Bucket are just some of the many features that your little ones are sure to enjoy. Admission is $5, however, children under age one and adults are free.
